Ramada Encore by Wyndham Statue of Unity

The location was perfect, staff extremely nice, room was big and the bed really comfy. Bathroom was nice with big shower and good water pressure. Restaurant was beautiful and the food absolutely gorgeous, one of the best hotels we stayed for a long time.

To be honest there is nothing to complain about, maybe only that I wish we had time to stay longer.

Breakfast options were lovely. The food was delicious and a great way to start the day. The restaurant staff were all very delightful, accommodating and paid attention to each and every wish of ours. We had a great time.

There isn't anything to dislike about this property. It was spec clean, beautiful pool area, great river view, extremely friendly and helpful staff. The food was amazing and the hospitality was top notch. I would highly recommend it.

A Hotel with all required facilities in the best location for visiting Statue of Unity. Nice food in the restaurant. Dinner cruise starts from the backyard of the hotel.

Overall, it was a good stay, the location is the best & nearest to the statue of unity.

Room was a bit small, bed was just okay!

Not a happy feeling

Hotel policy is totally scrap. I had booked 3 rooms The rooms were given to me post 1.40 pm and next day I was pressurised to check out at 10 amWhen I asked for additonal room /extension at extra cost I was denied blatantly

Good location and staff. Decent food but a bit expensive considering the location. Hotel has a nice outdoor swimming pool with excellent view of the river and ganga arti section.

Location, Breakfast and Food at Sankalp

Location was perfect. Walkable distance to the bus for Statue of Unity.Great view of the Narmada River from the room.

Expensive for the tiny room size.Toilet had stains and even after request wasn't cleaned properly.Furniture were dusty.

I would never stay here again, avoid at all cost!

Rude front staff and manager, refused to accept loyalty card, charged extra for small kids, broken toilet and did not give proper towels and amenities.

Location the Best.

Food was ok. The bathroom doors were too tight. Should solve the problem.Bed mattress too high and too soft. very difficult to sleep. back pains.

Terrible

The only thing that this property has going for it, is the location. It is close to the first bus stop for the SOU shuttles, and hence perfectly located. Aside from that, the hotel is terrible.Rooms- The rooms are run down with visible signs of deterioration (eg- no doors on the cupboard, rusted bathroom fittings, adhoc placement of furniture in a way that we couldnt access the bed).Staff- The staff is rude and incompetent. I made a request for an extended check out and the member at the desk, KR Manish, was not only absolutely uncooperative but downright rude. He also told several untruths about the hotel being full, no supervisor available to chat and others, all while acting like he is doing us a favor by finding time to chat. While leaving, the desk staff was simply not paying attention, despite trying to speak to them, to the extent where I went inside the luggage myself, pulled out my own luggage and left. Food- Food is good, but inconsistent. On the first day, we were told the hotel has run out of cheese and hence pizzas cannot be made available. All food takes 40+ minutes. On the second day, our orders were wrongly delivered. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel. The Fortune, a few 100 meters down the road, is a much better option. We had friends staying there and decided to spend more time there on Day 2 given the general atmosphere and behaviour at Ramada.

The property was located at the best central place, easy to get the buses for any view point and the view from rooms balcony are just amazing. Really enjoyed the swimming pool

its a good property with a nice view of the river. the location was great as it was closest to the status and transport like shuttle bus and auto rickshaws were easily available. the rooms were clean and the food at the restaurant was tasty

the rooms were very compact and the housekeeping had to be reminded about keeping towers and picking up soiled food plates and trays frequently. Non Veg food is only served in the room and not in the restaurants which was not great as there is hardly any space in the room to sit comfortably and eat.

We had a wonderful experience as the Hotel is in a perfect location. Breakfast spread was great.

Late Checkin time. Considering the train from Mumbai comes early in the morning we had to wait for hours for the checkin.

Great location for statue of Unity visitors. Breakfast was good. Timing for breakfast was late 7:00, dinner opens only after 7:30, which is a problem for especially foreign travellers who are used to early dinner.

Staff was average, check in process inefficient. Their new year event was a nuisance for guests who did not participate. Hotel should be mindful for all guests. Too noisy.
